broken image
  1. Bottom of the Feet – The feet have large pores that rapidly absorb Essential Oils, making this a quick entry into your body’s blood stream. Your feet also have your body’s nerve endings that correspond to organs and systems all over your body.
  2. Roof of Mouth/Spine/Base of Skull – Applying oils to these areas is an excellent way to support the brain, including mood and emotions.
  3. Arms/Legs/Back – Massage onto the arms, wrists, legs, feet, or back after physical activity.
  4. Abdomen – Application of Essential Oils over the abdomen supports all the major digestive organs.
  5. Neck/Forehead/Temples – These areas are good to target feelings of tension.
  6. Chest Rubbing oils onto the chest promotes feelings of clear breathing.
  7. Face – Use Essential Oils as part of your regular skin care routine to promote a clear, healthy complexion.

QUESTION – ON WHICH AREA ARE YOU MOST LIKELY TO APPLY ESSENTIAL OILS TOPICALLY? WHY?
